Machine Introduction
- This machine is able to grind / polish bottom edge and different miter edge with 10-50 degree variable angle, with front and back seaming .
- Control system use Mitsubishi PLC control unit, Operator’s interface display the angle, miter width and other relevant parameters, all parameters can be changed throught touch panel.
- Amperometers allow to check the wheel absorption and their functioning.
- Spindles are driven by high precision ABB motors.
- Conveyors: the machine adopt chainless rolling transmitting system, which consists of three bearings rolling along high precision tempered steel guides, the movement of glass is very stable.
- The processed glass surface is very bright and smooth, approaching to the original glass surface.
- This machine is also featured by wide processing range and easy operation.
